ACCMS consists of partners Jim Pounds, Jim Gray and Sean Hoffman. Friends since high school and working together for close to ten years, their collective talents create a unique synergistic relationship that results in exceptional value without compromising quality. Jim Pounds has a bachelors degree in Business Management from Georgia State University. He worked for his father's commercial construction company through high school and college, working on apartments, office buildings, and shopping centers. After graduating, he went to work for Centex Homes where he worked his way up through management building a variety of products (including multi-family). After ten years of building in a production environment, Jim went to work for Hedgewood Commercial Properties managing their custom mixed use product in national award winning communities. He was project manager for over 225 condominiums in three separate projects that totaled $25 million in construction. Jim currently handles the administrative duties for ACCMS as well as running the remodel projects. Jim Gray has a Building Construction Degree from Georgia Southern University. After graduating, he went to work for Centex Homes where he worked his way up to management building a variety of different products (including multi-family). After fourteen years with Centex and one year with Ashton Woods, Jim went to work for Hedgewood Commercial Properties. Jim was in charge of mixed-use, commercial and multi-family in a national community of the year. Jim now holds his Residential/Light Commercial Liscense in Georgia. He currently handles bidding, take-offs and field management for our residential and light commercial general contracting jobs. Sean Hoffman has a Civil Engineering Degree from the Citadel, an Agricultural Engineering Degree and a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Georgia. He served in the United States Marine Corps for over six years including service in Operation Desert Storm. After his military service he went to work in outside lumber sales for Williams Brothers and Plymart. He worked his way up to Regional Sales Manager before starting his own framing company. He did all of Jim Pounds and Jim Gray's work at Centex and Hedgewood Commercial as well as working for many other contractors. Sean teamed up with the two Jims to form ACCMS. He currently is responsible for framing sales and bidding as well as field management.
